Neil is really one of those people that is just the epitome of everything good about skateboarding. I'm sure Neil doesn't realize this just because he's that type of soul who is totally humble. Skateboarding is seriously even better because of people like Neil Blender... Everything I've heard about Lance is great too! Except for getting knocked out and ruining a perfectly good pool........KOOK! :P Nah, just keeding...........

I understand exactly what you mean. But honestly that's what makes Neil so special the fact that he won't come on the Nine Club. We need that soul now more then ever a true soul devoted to the essence of skateboarding. Were the soul of skateboarding is being bought and sold like a cheap white. We're everyone is trying to get there name out there or the tricks out there. We need Blender

Late 80’s there was a mini ramp that got built under a bridge in Del Mar that was at the time pretty sick..Depending on when you went sessions got heated..went one day early with a friend and was just the two of us and out of the blue Neil showed up..he was easily one of my favorite skaters at the time so I was was pretty shocked..basically pretended not to know who was and had a highlight moment getting a shout out from Neil on a a sketch smith grind I about hung up on..💯

Neil is one of the best artists Ive ever seen..he is one of the first skaters to make his own graphics..Neil is a LEGEND. He invented many tricks including the Lien air which is Neil spelled backwards.
