The marriage of Rose and Warren was my favorite part of this episode because I knew they had met on that show that had fallen in love. They actually married on the show and in real life. It is so sad that he contracted HIV from a blood transfusion. Back in those days, donated blood was never checked for diseases, but because of so many people contracting HIV and other diseases, they started to. Thank God! I remember when I had my last child, in 1990. He was born with jaundice, and the doctors wanted to do a blood transfusion. I knew deep in side (Holy Spirit letting me know) I could not let those doctors do that to him. I had the whole church praying for him. And God healed him from that and doctors could not do the blood transfusion because there was no reason to. I didn't even know back then how tainted blood donations were back then, but God did! God has always taken care of me and mine, even when we have been so unfaithful to Him at times. :(

That was my first thought, reportedly Rose was the step up when Sandra was omitted, perhaps Alaina, Toukie, and Stoney characters were the void fillers and emulations for the Jackee (Sandra) character in her absence.

...although this Episode REEKS, the Only thing that came out of it was Luther's MEGA-SMASH, "Here And Now", being used at Rose's Wedding...it was a 'new' track added to Luther's "Greatest Hits Vol 1 & 2" Album, and became THE Wedding Song for Ebony Couples! ..a (former) #1 R&B tune that hit #6 Pop, early 1990.....
