Distribution:Danube river region from Kelheim (Germany) to Bulgaria, Lakes and rivers from N Italy to Slovakia, Ukraine and Bosnia-Hercegovina Diagnosis:Shell whitish or yellowish with dark zigzag pattern, in the east also uniformly black, aperture almost circular. Operculum pale yellow with light brownish margin, apophysis flat and in a groove. Size:8-9 x 6-7 mm Biology:In rivers and lakes, prefers clean and well-oxygenated water currents with stony substrate. Threatened:Has dramatically declined in Austria, the last populations in Donauauen National Park seem to have been lost due to mismanagement of the National Park administration. Critically endangered in Germany and Austria, endangered in Czech Republic. Got it in an aquarium shop, most of them are there 🤗 otherwise there are them in the Danube and Sava rivers that flow by Belgrade 😇, they reproduce relatively quickly and the most interesting thing is that they don't grow big, the biggest one in my place is 1 cm, big greetings from 🇷🇸

Are they plant safe ? And what do you feed them ?

Yes, plants are totally safe from snails 🙌, they won't touch any of them even when they are dead hungry 😉 they only feed on algae in the aquarium 👌
