I really like they gave Angela that maternity shirt gift. Obviously she's not usually very sympathetic and her prickliness and standoffish attitude is usually played for laughs, but it's clear that random people trying to touch her without asking during her pregnancy would actually make her feel really uncomfortable, and rather than trying to make some joke about that kind of thing, they give her a sensible and heartfelt way that helps her deal with the problem. And its clear she really likes it as well, giving her a thankful moment of humanity to share with her coworkers.

I totally agree, it just really shows over the many years how the character's relationships have grown over time. I'm sure if the same scene were to happen in the earlier seasons, Ryan and Kelly definitely wouldn't have gotten her that shirt.
