There is, actually. Call emergency number (if not possible, try to get a passerby to call for you), hold a damp cloth to your mouth to minimize smoke inhalation, stay low to the ground etc. It's all about how to make sure you stay concious and unharmed until help arrives.

There’s actually a story behind that. Apparently, they were supposed to catch the real cat, and throw a fake one through the roof. The real cat fell through the weak panel, instead.

Dwight said that he keeps the pepper spray Velcroed under his desk. You can hear the Velcro ripping in the background right before he uses the spray. The attention to detail in this show is incredible! Also, it took me probably 10+ rewatches to notice that Dwight put his own glasses on the mannequin after taking its face off

Well he's always stays prepared to a doomsday prepper type of level and owns a huge piece of land so if needed he'd quarantine himself. Easy to see since he went on level 10 emergency in response to lice in their office. He doesn't even need to stock up on foods since he has a huge stock of those canned foods that last for years on end.
