I think it would be pretty cool if they returned to the art style of classic Yugioh cards. It really felt like these were legitimate monsters that could exist in the shadow realm. Nowadays with the era of Archetypes I feel like it was kinda lost

It would be so awesome if all of the classic Booster Sets where still available in the stores for an normal price. Sadly during the time these Sets where around, i did not have the money to buy many of these boxes.

This was one of my fav three classic sets. Liked the cards but it was also one of my "lucky" sets. Always had better pulls than in some sets which rarely netted me anything good. I remember one time my Godmother gifted me a 2-pack of this and I pulled Freed and Lily back to back. And I remembered pulling 1st edition Ha Des first pack and also pulled a lot of SRs and Tyrant Dragon, HKS down the road.

I completely agree about LOD being one of the last great sets. You can definitely tell the shift and change towards the development of cards after this set.

ive always thought that the lod packaging seems to be more of a light crispy feel then other sets (packaging) more fradgile especially buying them these days.

Luster Dragon is a misprint. I don't know why they don't call it Luster Dragon #2. Normal Luster Dragon is from Magicians Force as an Ultra. 🤔

very nostalgic opening....:) I miss these a lot. Ratios are so bad XD. As a vintage card expert, do you think prices on these vintage graded cards will ever cool down or just continue to grow exponentially high? The price jump from 2016 to 2019 is unfathomably too big, and I am kind of taken aback as I recently came back to the game to collect. What used to be 300 dollar cards are now 4000+ for some cases on E-bay, and I have no way to realistically afford that....like ever. Are there any ways to get them for cheaper, even if just slightly? :/

Reinforcement has its own term name in the game right now lol. RotA. Search cards for specific archetypes are usually called RotA. And funny is it will always stay good because Konami likes to make Warriors, Spellcasters and Dragons the top tier of all archetypes.

T L it doesn’t hurt, nor at any point did I refer to it hurting, being rather defensive to a comment stating that it’s been known as Rota, since it’s existence. And effects that have been similar that came after have always been referred to as “this is Rota for *insert cards*” You, as someone who seemed to be trying to give information, I was only reciprocating information for you since the way you said it seemed as if you might be rather new to the game compared to how long it’s been around. I was simply informing you, it’s always been that way.

He divorced a year ago he explained in a previous video that he caught his wife banging with one of his friends when he returned from the army she said that she "didnt like that her grown up husband had a childrens card game collection in his closet and was always gone" sad and he definitely deserves better because he is such a great guy.
