WP Chief Low Thia Khiang and Png Eng Huat respond to comments made by ESM Goh Chok Tong in Parliament today after ESM Goh called NMPs and MPs of the Workers' Party to state their position on the integrity of PM Lee who has been accused by his two siblings of abuse of authority.

U know... Seen n talk with alot of ppl around me all these years.... frens... local ppl n those on the streets n to think 9 out of 10 complaint abt how the govt run the country. CPF problem.. Housing problem.. Work problem.. Low wages high cost of living. I do not know if they are really sincere n honest abt their opinions n feelings. It's been the same b4 in other previous elections n the results shows otherwise. Ppl complaint but still voting for the ruling party. I really Dnt understand. Like I said before DUMB Politicians is not the problem. The problem is the DUMB People that keeps voting them in..... N then Complaint.... Really how smart/stupid sporeans can be....? Like Where's their common sense...? I love my spore but the way how the govt run this country leave much to b desired for the future of my children. Take care my fellow sporeans. About 65 to 70% of singaporeans are definitely not dump. That's the reason why we dont have to cross the crossway to look for job, singapore is an asian dragon and 4th richest country, smartest student, etc.... So, we are actually very fortunate that only about 30 to 35% of singaporeans are dump, am I right?

Without our government, Singapore wouldn't be so lovely anymore. 30 to 35% of singaporean didn't workes overseas as grass cutter or Road sweepers. They were educated in Singapore and their expertise were needed there. Only those who are lazy or lacking in skill/education yearned to be stationed overseas.
