It only leads to disjointed and overlapping thougts . To be in focus and excel you literally have to be in focus mode giving your true and most to the the person you want to become “ “ Epigenetics( putting the blame on your genes) - is not the reason for your life’s problems such as anger, depression. Its your un-mindfulness and habit patterns. “ I started a yoga challenge a week ago, I am really seeing a difference. Try it under some qualified yoga practitioner you will really thank your stars. “Through what you’re doing , not by running away from what you’re doing convert in into yoga and use it to your evolution. Better understanding more fulfilment more happiness by serving others”

Ethics is such a difficult subject to deal with but Divyanandaprana does it with such panache. All of us know that there is a consequence to every word and action of ours. How to decide what is the right course of action is a guide we all need in our life. This is something that should be taught in every institution!

Ethics for most is a corporate something, a code of conduct, the basis of which is hardly ever investigated. So, to trace it to one scripture after another and to so aptly bring out the different hues and relevance to all is a commendable effort( an understatement actually). Love greasing the wheels of duty and the story of the worm and the locomotive are very thought provoking.

My experience with this video is , I have gone back to my good old days of childhood where my mother tells me stories like this before bed ; If she is busy , i will insist and will not sleep till then ; Some of the principles i follow even today and i feel fulfilled ; She deals the subject in a way it goes deep down into the minds of youngsters; I am in my 60s ; Nevertheless i am a student and pranams to her

Action should support and in accordance to dharma, action itself is not wrong but intention and purpose behind it matters. If it is for dharma, even negative action is right action. Action if it only benefits you and selfish is not recommended if it is negative to others but if it is neutral then that is neither right nor wrong.
