imagine your manager is always overseeing your work he's not trusting what you do he always think that people don't do things we need to follow up again again do you like such kind of overseeing this kind of micro management or like putting a CCTV just behind you no one likes it is disgusting it right this is Theory X okay theory is we don't own such kind of managers overseeing us opposite of that is the theory why Right theory on other side right whether you want your manager to trust you right or you as a manager trust your people you don't need to oversee them millions of people have make sure you do the work that is Theory why these are two different Theory X and Theory why remember these concepts for a preempt examination I wish you always please do like share and subscribe bye
