Gary two mistakes were taking a job in Spain instead of England and the other was not being an assistant manager first. Being an assistant makes a huge difference. Language barrier in Spain was also a huge factor and he didn't do as bad as everyone thought. He just played one of the best Barcelona teams ever and the best front three of all time. Gary never managing again, but I think he wouldn't have done as bad if he managed a championship club first and slowly built his way up

The full story was Gary was said in the press conference beforehand any manager could manage Barcelona with MSN and be successful.
