After that take ten minutes to ask God, the universe, nature whatever you want to call it, what it's plan for you is. You already know on the inside how to get through this you just have to take mindful actions to get past this. Good luck man you got this!

If any of my brothers or sisters on here are reading this, I want you to know how extremely important you are. Your existence alone is proof of the complex miracle that brought your here. Not everybody gets a fair ride.. but you were still riding. You can’t let trauma and darkness bring you down although it’s extremely easy.. Keep your confidence inside you and own everything that you do in life. you deserve it in the past do not define you. Your story has been written for a long time and it would’ve made a page in the book of life if our creators did not think you were strong enough to handle it. Stride to find happiness and everything that you do, even if it hurts. You deserve everything in life, but it will not be handed to you. Nobody is. Exempt. Do not ever get comfortable. Do not settle. Do not hesitate if you’re gonna do anything right because of the ideology, but you truly deserve it if you’re willing to work hard.

@@thinkbeforeyoureact2988 loneliness and alone arent the same. Alone is a state of being whereas lonely is a state of mind. The idea that "loneliness is the poverty of self" signifies, to me at least, that being alone doesnt cause loneliness; having low self worth causes loneliness. A lot of people who forcibly spend every waking minute around other people do so because they themselves are poor company so they cant bear being alone.

How u perceive is how u shape your life so id invite ti look for the beauty in this topic and focus on that. And yes i can be difficult but with time and constant effort u can achieve anything.

Theo really summed it up. I've felt loneliness in some regard since I was a teenager, and the thought of leaving that emotion behind is scary. It's like an abusive partner I've been with for years now, leaving them behind would mean abandoning that part of myself that's familiar and always been there. But I guess the trick is you gotta do it, it only gets harder the longer it sticks with you. Like an abusive partner, it'll never let you grow beyond into something better.

Theo’s comedy success comes from that place of sadness and self pity, but he turned it into something. I think he’s afraid if he lets it go, he’ll also lose his success and identity. He won’t, he could honor that part of him, but choose to tell a new story that his past is part of just like Tony did with his past hardships. Love Theo’s vulnerability too. Tony is a master communicator though, did you see how well he honored Theo’s feelings, validated him, and did it in a way the kept Theo’s pride in tact, he’s a master at communication!! This is a very powerful video. I am a 58 year old woman who has gone through deep inner child therapy healing from childhood trauma. One of the things that I had mentioned early on in my therapy, is that I felt this feeling of betraying or leaving, deserting a part of myself (younger me) through healing. When I watched this video, I was like "Yes! I totally get what Theo is feeling". It makes complete sense. I called it the tug-a-war stage of healing. It takes work in the connection and I no longer have that feeling. Thank you very much for sharing this video!!

Theo speaks the truth about “leaving a part of me behind”-this is from the culture he grew up in. The attitudes of folks towards success: rich people, smart people, loved people, all that sort of stuff. He feels if he joins and embraces that other team that he was exposed to as a youth he will be selling out in some way, that he would be letting someone important in his life down. He’s not man. Enjoy your success Theo! Grow past it all like a darting sprout cracking through the hard parched earth of the desert, leaping out into an abundant life. Those important people in your life take joy in your success. They don’t take the focus of you leaving them behind and begrudging you moving onto greater things! Those people think only of themselves not of their neighbors.
