I lost my sister 8 years ago and she loves music so much. It was her 30th birthday last March 3 and I want to dedicate this song to her. This perfectly describes how I feel every time I go out for a walk and watch how the day passes by slowly. Thank you The Paper Kites. You are amazing!

@@reneelwalden Sorry to hear what happened to your brother I'm sure he had a wonderful life when he was alive. My sister had lupus and she fought so much till the end. They are both in God's loving presence now and I'm happy for that. Hope you are having a good day over the miles!

It's 3.45AM tonight when I hear this song for the first time in my life. Makes me get out of bed, search for the lyrics, and decide to ask my younger daughter to play this song on the piano this weekend while I try to sing this beautiful piece... this has never happened before...

The day, that time, in that place I said to myself to not hurt and leave this girl in front of me no matter what happen, is also the day shes thinking of leaving me she said that to me in message, she said she no longer have a feeling with me that time. That place was our first met after lock down of covid and that was also our last, she leave me without an explanation. And after almost 2 years I can still hear her voice fresh and sweet, I still know how she laugh, smile and teases me. Loving true someone is scary because you can't unlove someone it never gone, it still occupies so much of space within your chest locked up or covered by pain, anger or bitterness. You can't get their scent out, can't unlearn their name and forget what it felt all of the happy memorise. It never stay Gone.

Okay so this is the most beautiful song I’ve ever heard. I’m crying. Wow, truly a work of art. Like acknowledging that you’ve lost someone and that makes you sad but also, you’ll never forget them, they’re safe inside your memories. I can't listen to this without shedding a tear. This is such a sensitive and emotional song that perfectly describes how I feel about my wife and the love we share. The couple embracing at the end always gets me right in the heart. Such a great song and kudos to The Paper Kites. If you ever wonder if your music has an impact on people, don't worry because it does.

Pissses me right off knowing such beautiful music is not appreciated anywhere near as much as it should be. The total dross that makes up so much of airplay is beyond me. Found this amazing band by accident while away in Greece and have since seen them live 3 times and met Sam. @Erized it does....it's hard to believe he's been gone for nearly five years...but I still hear his boots on the floor when he walked through the house and I still hear "Hey mom?" "You awake? " "Anything to eat?" I'd tease him and say "No Eddie, we quit eating in this house." We'd have a good laugh and I'd gladly fix him something to eat. It's the little things. So this song hit home because I still hear him talking to me everyday. ❤️
