Beautiful the singing of the birds speaking of joy and happines. They bring back to me memories of my mother, she loved them and I always play thinking that I was in the jungle free and happy. Hi pamaroo it's 430 am n I'm watching your vid this journal is gorgeous , she beautif Jul, had a laugh at your recent comments back to me , your filters have worked hard but you don't show it , I been busy gluing Washie tape make tiny books with cards tags n pockets , cos it for my 5 yr old grandson there no inking or coffee or tea dy wich has put me in front in having so much fun n I been doing those envelopes with Windows , n others.it hasn't got lace as he boy n 5 , I'm loving this vid it bringing back some of your vids , I remember you doing the rose with the blue. Beautifully done!! So many precious items! All of this makes so much sense now, I’ve collected so many items for all these years and just knew they were worth saving but couldn’t think of uses for them until the spectacular J.J. Came along. I have a hard time calling these precious Momento Books, “Junk Journals “ but I understand the thought process, most people would consider the items junk and toss them. Thank you for another spectacular treasure. 💖☺️

When i was a little girl about 4 or 5, I would ask my mom for her throw away mail and I would stuff it in my little purse and pretend they were important documents and the such and I would shuffle thru them, making crinkle sounds. And the monopoly money would go in my wallet inside my purse. That's what junk journal reminds me of. I would enjoy hours of pretend play. Anyone else do this?

I did the same! I used an old pocketbook and kept paper pieces, monopoly money, rocks, flowers, and always index cards I wrote notes on. No wonder we grew up to love junk journals huh?

I love to hunt for treasures and have been collecting for years. Some of my favorite hunting grounds are garage sales, estate sales, friends and family, businesses who are going paperless, thrift shops, antique stores and good old ebay :) Happy hunting! It's fun! :)

She is a lovely treasure Journal. Very beautiful, cultural and historical flow from cover to cover. Each page melds in with the colors and theme. You are such a talented artist. I love watching all your creations.

I am so bummed I missed this one. I know this sounds a bit crazy, but I have been getting up at 5:30 every morning for nearly a month to check to see if you have listed this Organic Chemistry junk journal and the one day I sleep in till 8 its gone. Crazy how things work sometimes. :-) Pam the journal is beautiful...

Really nice journal with a lot of your great ideas. I like how you combine different kind of coloyrs/styles/prints in one and the same journal. I always end up with a project within the same colourscheme/style. I cannot seem to " breakout" of that. 😀 thanks for the inspiration! Hugs Brigitta

What's funny about this junk journal is that I took Organic Chemistry and it was one of the most difficult courses I have EVER suffered through. It would be very cathartic for me to destroy an O Chem book and make it into a junk journal - satisfying to see this horrid course book be full of treasures for me! :)

Pam I love you work, a lot!!!! When you were going through this book, on the harvester king receipt I swear it said Hiles beside the date on the left side. Could you confirm if I’m right? That is my maiden name and grew up in Ohio!! Very curious!!!

Hi Joyce Lynn-Journal lover! I love to hunt for treasures and have been collecting for years. Some of my favorite hunting grounds are garage sales, estate sales, friends and family, businesses who are going paperless, thrift shops, antique stores and good old ebay :) Happy hunting! It's fun! :)
