Hello everyone! FYI - there are little adhesive silicone dots you can put on the back of rulers to prevent slipping. Quilters use them on their acrylic rulers. Would work on metal rulers, too. They are removable as well.

You crack me up! Your so refreshing. You go your own way and if anyone wants to join in great, if not great. The grocery bag was idea was truly amazing. When you recorded it without you even doing anything that I could see or hear I started shouting your name at the TV. As crazy as that was I was even crazier waiting for you to show up. I was dying laughing at you. Your hysterical. I bet there isn’t a dull moment in your house.

Two things I just have to say... First, the silent filming was almost eerie! It was too quiet for Pam. Pam, You do need 47 punches!! I use my brown grocery sacks for everything!! I cut them to size and print on them (several of your digital kits--gives an entirely different look), use them as blank pages, paint on them, on and on. My grocery store has unprinted ones, so I am constantly trying to use them before I get a huge stockpile. 😀 Thoroughly enjoyed your video today.

I don't think I would have the passion I have for Junk journaling if it hadn't been for finding you! After loosing everything 3 years ago my daughter suggested I start "pen palling" on a Facebook group where they send each other happy mail so I have a creative outlet since starting over. And somehow stumbled into the rabbit hole of junk journaling! You saved my sanity. Allowing me to use just simple pieces of notebook paper! It meant so much to me! Thank you again for everything!

I love your videos, I do watch others but they 1) don't have cute little Sunny in their video 2) I generally don't have the supplies they are using 3) not that they have rules more like guidelines, your personality and fun flare makes for fun crafting no matter what I'm making even when I'm not making anything. You are inspiring by being your self. I didn't think I would ever be interested in owning a sewing machine but I got one and I'm going to learn how to use it because learning from you is a joy. Oh yes and I also listen to your podcasts while I'm on lunch break at work. Take care, stay well and please keep sharing your videos. I like butterflies but I have made 5 journals (not exactly prolific) and have not used one butterflies. Maybe there is a therapy class I can take. 🧐. 🥰😂🤣

Hello Pam and fans! Just wanted to share a little crafter’s tip. I use EVA foam in a lot of my crafting and my blade gets dull very fast. A few little sharpening passes on a fine sanding block after a few cuts, and before storing, will extend the life of your blades by a whole lot. I’ve been using the same blade for about a year now, and it still cuts like a champ. Pam. l love your channel and your ability to create with such love for the craft, that whatever you do, turns out beautifully. I cannot get enough of paper bags and this little project is so darn cute, I cannot stop thinking about all the variations that can be made to these little notebooks (stylistically, holiday themes, art books, sketch book, etc.). I know I’m late to the game, but thank you for sharing.

This is really cute!!! The bags .. paper... are $.05...the plastic has been outlawed in NY State...except for the newspaper sleeves...I suppose that’s next... But the places my paper gets left in the winter... standing up in the snow bank or in the mud puddle or delivered so early then it snows... a lot... and can’t find it til it thaws!!! Never mind my porch is 40 ft long... wouldn’t you think it could be hit somewhere??...I digress... guess will have to try one of these cuties!!! Sunny so adorable!!! 💜TFS

Please send him a HUGE hug and love from me and my fur babies. Loved your little brown paper bag shopping bag, you would have thought. Am going to try to make one myself. I have seen someone make a journal with a brown bag, but it was quite involved. I can't do involved, I need easy and enjoyable. I don't want to be on a course of anti-anxiety pills after doing a project!!!!!! Thank you sooooooooo much for your fun, giggley, videos, I just love them. So far have watched one every day, don't know what I will do when I eventually catch up!!!!! Thank you for sharing your awesome self with us. I'm running a paper bag scam. A couple times a week I go on fast food run and order for multiple people. Instead of separate orders I do it all in one oder and ask for extra bags to separate the orders. I hand the food out and keep the clean bags. I figure it's easier for them not to have to take money from me 4 or 5 times in a row. Then hand 4or 5 bags. I kinda feel bad about it. 🤣

Hi Pamela! I have looked up for the benefice of us all. Écru: textile materials, yarns or fabrics that have not been washed, bleached or dyed. Synonyms: raw - natural. Also the white to beige colour of these textile materials. Greetings from Germany! :-)

I have that exact same ruler. I also have the one that doesn’t have cork. I use the one with cork for cutting and the other one for tearing...I don’t have a tearing ruler.

It used to mean a type of beige, ...but after the 19th century it changed to have more slightly grayish/greenish ....Ecru is a French word that means un bleached.( honestly, I just googled it before that, I know it represented the color, but had no idea why!🙈🥴) ...Fun video, I just “met” you and subscribed... Thank you for sharing)

hI just an observation; if you flip that cork ruler over, so it is flat on the surface, I find it will tear easier and with more control. Thanks for sharing so many ideas!
