This is South Korea. Listening to your music makes me happy. I heartily thank you. The fact that you are a family makes you look happier. Music brings another happiness to families on the other side of the world to the image of a united family. Sometimes I listen to this music whenever I have a hard time. It makes me so happy. Ordinary daily life is energized by your music.

I've just spent 3 hours now going through many Peterson songs/videos. And it's come to me personally that the most important thing in life...is happiness. That's what puts me/us at the top of the world.

They are all amazing in their own way: Emmett with his very discreet yet powerfuill dobro vocalizations, Julianne with her 'Adam Steffy subtlety' on the mando (and unique awesome voice), Ellen with her super versitale voice and killer banjo skills, Matt with his solid guitar and fantastic harmonies (and great sense of humor) , 'Get it Momma' with the absolute perfect back-beat... and Katie with her grace, fiddeling, charm and overall musical brilliancy. Great job on this song, Petersen's! I think I have finally figured out part of the reason I cry (with happiness, not sadness) whenever I hear your songs. So many of the women in my life are not comfortable with being female and it creates seemingly endless pain for themselves and those around them. You exemplify the dignity and glory of what a truly confident, inwardly (and outwardly) beautiful woman can be when the God-given joy of being a woman is embraced without shame and without reservation. Matt and Emmett also show what sensitive, thoughtful, and strong masculinity can be (great job, guys!). Seeing the wonder of our creation in God's image as male and female portrayed in a positive light is an incredibly rare thing in today's gender-confused world. Please keep on being who you are and enjoying what you do in service to God and others. It really makes a difference.

One of my favorite groups! Karen left us too soon! However, she would be envious of the job that you did with this song. Katie, you sing so beautifully and so effortlessly. All of you are so talented.

I saw the Carpenters live many years ago. I always thought Karen was the best female singer of all time. Katie, you are right up there with her. Please do some more Carpenter songs as you can do them better than anyone. Thank you and I hope to come to Branson someday to see the Petersens in person.

It is so encouraging that the song filled with innocent, joyful and romantic America is still being sung live today. The song lives true to our heart and to this family band in Branson. And we all can sing along by being positive and strong and by bringing forth from our heart deep down, our inherent joy of life and feeling of being on the top of the world. Thank you, Petersen !
