Hi Dawn! Again with another relaxing video! I love it. I need a she shed. Anyway, I'd like to guvenyou a tip. For small measured quantities to fill the molds, yiu can use epoxy sryinges to help control flow, and create less mess. This is if you have the dexeterity to do so, of course. Just a thought. ❤

Hi Dawn. Thank you so much for sharing how you made these from start to finish. You always amaze me. You are so patient I would be frustrated. Never does it seem like I have enough hours in the day when I make my fake bakes. I love what you do. You're the best teacher ❤❤❤❤❤

Did you know that if you shave off the edges of your mold that you’re not using that are fairly thick that you can cut those pieces into smaller pieces and use them in another mold because silicone will stick to silicone. It saves quite a bit of money on making molds.
@thepinktree34904 ай бұрын
Oh?How does that work?Wouldn’t it have to be in a liquid form?
@jhersh1483 ай бұрын
@@thepinktree3490 you can cut up the small already set pieces to use as filler, you want to use them towards the outside because they don’t liquify again but they make great filler (and they stick inside) so you don’t use as much. I hope that made sense. You don’t want the small pieces up against your object because they are not liquid. I have also used foam as filler on the outside, and it will peal away, not regular styrofoam, but the more dense foam that sometimes shows up in packing that is pliable. I hope you know what I’m talking about. I save it when it shows up in packing because I found multiple uses for that type of foam. For instance, I broke my foot, and I had to wear a boot and you’re so uneven that it’s difficult to walk and I had a 2 inch piece of that and they cut out the shape of my shoe and I taped it to the bottom so that when I walked, I wasn’t walking with an uneven gate which bothers your back. But it works really well as the outside when you’re working with this liquid.. I will be seeing you at fake Bakers gone wild and maybe I’ll bring a piece so I can show you.

Hi Dawn. When using resin and you want to make a transparent candy, like a hard candy or gummy bears. What do you recommend as a coloring agent, as opposed to paint?
@thepinktree349010 ай бұрын
There are inks out there for resin but I don’t care for them!If I want my resin more transparent I only put a tiny amount of panther in it.

@thepinktree34906 ай бұрын
Hi!The holes are on the bottom of the pan and what you see on top is actually the bottom of the mold!
