Thanks Michael, wish u the same. CSPO is a certification for product owners and CSM is for scrum masters. Product owner can be next step for BAs in agile methodology. Project managers usually become scrum masters. Hope this helps

@@hajimd.3355 Hello, PSPO is a product owner certification from scrum.org. There are both similar certifications. But for CSPO you do need to take an online assessment but after the 2 day class. You will learn real time on how to be a product owner for getting the CSPO which would be much more beneficial than reading from the book for an exam. Hi Shrikant, the difference is the validity PSPO comes with no expiry date and CSPO renewal every two years. In our view CSPO is better as the 2 day workshop teaches you real concepts in real time which you can start using in your job. whereas PSPO is more of your self study. I would recommend you go ahead with CSPO, This will help you to learn Agile and also help to transition to agile ways of working. Agile is much in demand in today's market.
