Not only are these the best-edited hockey game highlights I've seen, but thank you to the PWHL for not bombarding viewers with the cancer that is sports gambling sponsorships and advertisements. Amazing hockey and no sports gambling ads makes the PWHL the best hockey league in the world to watch with your family, especially a family that has struggled with the horrors of addiction.

I think they made the right call on the Minnesota goal. Any time the goaltender is touched on a goal you have to hold off on celebrating until you know it's a good goal.

I'm a Minnesota fan and was at this game, and I agree it was the correct call. My biggest gripe (same as NHL) is that the review takes so friggin long. If the review is looking for conclusive evidence to overturn the call on ice, it shouldn't take that long to see the conclusive evidence. It's either conclusive or it isn't, and after a while it seems like they're just trying to find a way to overturn it.

I was at the game and the officiating was a fucking joke, I'm not even talking about the callback on the goal. The amount boston got away with is fucking ridiculous, and is an embarrassment to the league. At one point a Boston player had the Heise in a full Nelson as a ref was standing there watching.

Hahaha wow! Have you ever watched playoff hockey before this game? My good lord! The refs sucked equally for both teams but all I heard after the game (and now on social media) Minnesota fans bitching and crying like a baby. Maybe you didn’t notice but this game went into the final minute of double overtime, and the game winning goal was not affected by any call by the official. It sucks how Minnesota fans are always looking for a scapegoat to explain a loss.

The refs were very bad this game. Very inconsistent.

⁠⁠@@Cory_Springeron the contrary they were extremely consistent! Look at the final numbers. Shots on net were 33 each. By the end, power plays favored Minnesota only by one. Now could more penalties have been called than the 11 that were? Sure! But they had equal amounts of penalties called for each team and they had equal amount of non-penalties called for each team. So if Boston fans want to bitch, they have equal amount of reason as Minnesota fans have to bitch. In my opinion both fan bases should stop being cry babies about it. I’m not sure how many PWHL fans have ever sat down and watched the NHL playoffs, but the referring was actually very consistently similar to how NHL playoffs are officiated. A ton of no calls and let the players play.

In hindsight, Minnesota won Game 5, so it’s funny to come back to Game 4 and see all the cry babies sniffling about how Minnesota was screwed (on a correct call) in this game lol

Boston had Brad Marchand's immunity in overtime. I tuned in to watch great hockey but I'm starting to hate Boston because of the incompetent officials. That was a shame and a black eye for the League.

@@WallaceScores She didn't fall. 🤣😂🤣 She was cutting back into the front of the net and got tripped. EVERY angle shows this clear as day. The refs weren't even going to review it if Hilary Knight didn't come up and tell them to. 🤣😂
