It is heartening to see very PRAGMATIC beurocrat in Cadre. So according to him , he divide hope in three phase BASE = HOPE THAT WE CAN LIVE TOGETHER PEACEFULLY OPTIMISTIC = HOPE THAT one day WE CAN LIVE TOGETHER PEACEFULLY PESSIMISTIC = HOPE THAT day never come to LIVE TOGETHER PEACEFULLY

Kudos, this is a high standard clip, conversation and audience benefiting from competent guest as well as host. The envoy is counseling for a top/bottom strategy in the pursuit of bilateral relations : not just seeking people to people and politicians contacts but also dealing with the military directly ; this is interesting. India advocates for a diminished Pakistan military role within its politico-economic sector even as it seeks to strike deals directly with the Pakistani military in pursuit of expanding bilateral and multi-lateral objectives in that region of allegedly secondary importance ! 😂

I wonder why former indian ambassadors to pakistan are bleeding hearts for pakistan but the reverse is not true. Are the indian diplomatic core easy patsies? I will refer to a former pakistani ambassador to india Abdul Basit congratulating kashmiri militants for strikes in jammu including kathua this past week on his personal youtube channel. Indians should grow a spine and rally around the current foreign minister who has his marbles intact.
