A more thorough definition of Pax Britannica for Americans: It was the period of peace among the Great Powers from 1814 to 1919 where the British Empire became a global superpower and the global police. The American equivalent of this is Pax Americana. Which has been from the end of WWII up until now where the US has adopted this global police role. Both modeled after Pax Romana

The UK has the largest coreable area of any country in vanilla. A lot of it requires ahistorical but you can get Spain, Portugal, Brazil, France, Germany, Italy, the Benelux, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Canada, and the US.
