I'm almost 70 and all I have to say to young women is enjoy your beauty while you still have it, act like a lady if you want to be treated like one, USE your common sense and intelligence in ALL THINGS (especially when choosing a man!), don't let your heart run your life, work hard and make your own money, and don't expect somebody to rescue you, you have to rescue yourself.

We know thats funny cause men dont care. Im 68 and they will never stop pushing up. Young men and old alike. I love to compete, but i only compete with ME. Seeing younger women doin the darn thing inspires ME to be a better ME. We who were trained to be soldiers in the US military only compete with ourselves to be the best Americans ever. We kicked the door open for younger women after those before us cracked it for us. Dont let the media pit us against each other. We each have our season. Marriage, career, children, 6 years post-secondary education, multiple languages, gardener, chef, grandma, dog mom, baker, I clean my home and toilet daily, laundry regularly, self -care groom daily, never smoked a cigarette or marijuanaa day in my life, never done drugs, I'll be 55 next month and HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY!... Younger women just got here and have a LOT to learn. WE are a reflection of what they want to be, that's why they think it's a competition, they'retrying to keep up but can'tand never will. We're just living life gracefully and doing what needs to be done. We've already won! 🏆 Bless you for spelling it out.❤

When you get between 30-40 years old, 3 or more children; now he's gonna tell say: "You're too old", "Lose some weight", etc. When he leaves you for his young, 21 yr. old blonde secretary, don't say I didn't tell you. To me, few things are dumber than sh!tting on the people you will one day need unity with and advice from. Since I was a child, I thought "age-shaming" was something dumb people did, people who lacked common sense. One of the reasons why so many men see women as disposable jokes is because of the insecurities that women put on FULL DISPLAY when they compete over DUMB THINGS! Its 2024, and all an old, broke man has to do to get a hot young woman is to tell her that older women "can't compete with her". They LITERALLY just listen to what a young woman thinks she has and they use that to get, keep, mistreat, and discard her like the immature, insecure *joke* that she proved she was. Throwing other women under the bus is classic Pathetic Pickme behavior and karma loves to pick them, because they RARELY learn their lesson. smh

I just turned 50 last month and I absolutely LOVE it. There's nothing better than knowing you've earned the right to be who you are and where you are in life. There's nothing better than having control of your life, your peace and your finances. I wouldn't go back to my youth for anything. I'm my greatest competition. Envy is for the foolish and the weak. So many young women put their value in the wrong things and people instead of investing in themselves from the inside out. It takes a knowledge of who God is and who you are to navigate this world, or you'll forever be defined by this ever changing society that doesn't value you at all. I was told as a child, "Walk into a room with your ears open and your mouth closed." You can't hear a damn thing when you're running your mouth. Be quiet and listen sometimes. You miss so much when you're always wanting to be heard and never want to listen. Good luck young 'uns! You're going to need it.
