I've been doing intermittent fasting too, 16:8. Kind of eye opening to realize that it's not as simple as calories in calories out. Just like with fishing, timing matters. Enjoyed the video.

What was the water depth u think u were fishing in? Im trying to figure out if big cats like that can be in water 8ft deep. Thats about how deep the river is in my area

Thanks for watching! They can be very shallow. We maybe caught these in 10ft of water but I have caught them many times in 2 to 3 ft of water.
