[Braised Lotus Roots Ingredients]
1Kg of raw lotus roots, 0.5C of thick soy sauce, kelp(for sauce), 0.5T of fine red pepper, 2T of cooking oil, 1.5C of starch syrup, 1T of vinegar, water
[Braised Lotus Roots Recipe]
1) After washing the lotus root, peel it and cut it into about 7mm thick.
2) Blanch the lotus root with vinegar (1T) in boiling water and drain the water.
3) Spread the cooking oil on the frying pan and stir-fry the lotus roots.

4) Add 0.5 cup of soy sauce and when the color starts to appear
