Wished I’d known about this 8 months ago Kelly. Great advice, and you are spot on again. Looking forward to learning more about improving flexion and how much you are expecting from your resurfaced knee. You are doing really well.

Had microfracture of the left knee May 12. I would rub my the leg along with exercises. Really made a difference. Know if I could re-learn how to squat, lunge, kneel. Look forward to your recovery videos.

Thank you for this - just got out of a fifth hip surgery three days ago and am hopeful about rebuilding back to where I was before.

Amazing video! Thank you for articulating all these great ways ro aid natural healing in the rehab process. When do you think it's appropriate to use the voodoo bands for more? Say...a knee that is struggling to contract without e-stim and stiffness in joint with little flexion?
