Jubu wrote the intro/baseline for Toni Tony Tones top hits...the band was never the same when the 3 background musicians were kicked out/cut out of their portion of their deal.

Omgoodness Yessssssss!! Saw him 13 years ago his voice wasn't good but it was a whole vibe, the atmosphere. Saw him 2 and a half weeks ago here in Philly, his last performance and it was AMAZING WE WAS SINGING OUR ASS OFF 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. Every section was partying I had a good dayummmmmm time

Jubu was phenomenal as always on guitar & Frankie was sounding stronger than he has in a long time here. Watched an interview where he said his voice comes & goes. Even age & throat surgery can't stop his true die hard fans from seeing him though. Love you Frankie Beverly & Maze!

I'm in my car driving on a beautiful easy summer day, and then Maze is played on my local radio station; I get so happy! I become less tense, and a great big smile comes to my face. Only Maze and the Isley Brothers can do that to me! YASSS

Frankie was smart enough to manage his own craft and the band. When he and the band was on tour and came to town, I always made sure I got my ticket. When I first found out who he and his band was, they went by the name of "Raw Soul." And, that was back in 1975. I graduated high school in 1974. Yep, Frankie and Maze has been doing it for 50+ years. Their music never gets old. Frankie and Maze is one of the greatest bands to ever exist even up until this day! 50+ years, my, my, my, and they are still killing it! 👊🏾💥👊🏾💥👊🏾 I "SALUTE" Mr. Frankie Beverly and Maze! 💞💕💞💕💞💕💞

I love how Frankie and the Maze always put out a message of love. I saw them live several times and they were wonderful...my band used to cover Love on the Run back in the day. I was crushed when they split up over Frankie's new managment...they still play with another singer as TMF...originally stood for The Maze Forever and now I think means The Music Forever. All love...Jubu Smith is such a smooth guitarist.

if you are a true fan of maze let here you say yeah I love this group my father got me in this music since the age of 7 and I been collecting music every since I have 1 room wall to wall and half the floor full of music I been seeing maze every time they come to the city of Detroit
