The original copy of the UK Peter Criss solo single states 'You Matter To Me' on the sleeve and the 'A' side label. The 'A' side label gives the 'B' side title of 'Hooked On Rock 'n' Roll' on it. The 'B' side label has the Peter Criss solo album face artwork on it. All the UK solo singles had pre-cut out masks and not posters to cut out. They also state that they are manufactured, marketed and issued by Pye Records.

This box set is so nice. It would have been nearly impossible to find all of these original 45's. I rarely see any Kiss picture sleeves so it is nice to have them all in one set. I have this box set but wanted to hear your thoughts on it. I have that same concert t shirt too. Lol.

Cool to see on the German releases they use they regular lightening bolt S and not the regular S they usually use for German releases.

The mix variants arent too heavy on this release but if anything there are some interesting edits, particularly Detroit Rock City. Its radically different to the album version.

The "you still matter to me" seemed like a joke, kinda! Think about it, the outside says "you matter to me" , and you open it up and it says "you STILL matter to me"! It's either a typo , or someone has a sense of humor!

The box covers the US singles so it definitely would be interesting to see the other international singles worked in.

Easy answer, it wasn't released until April of 1983. The box set runs to 1982.

That cool picture of KISS in the book from the Elder era would have been an awesome gatefold picture for the Music From the Elder album.

Amazon re-pop…. Box incorrect. Shadow box, my original actually has foil inset. Looks wrong. 🤔

I don't know when the law went into effect. But back in the 80's it became illegal to show nazi anything. As a result German pressings of Kiss albums featured a regular S rather than a lightning bolt S. I found it interesting the German sleeves feature the lightning bolt.
