The song snippet at the end of the MV is a teaser for Hwasa's solo song Be Calm. Starry Night was the first title track in Mamamoo's four album series 4 Season 4 Color. Each member was assigned a color and recorded a self-composed solo song on "her" album in the series. The teaser was their way of introducing that part of the project. There's a lot more to it - 4S4C is the most complex project ever done by a girl group - but it would take an essay to explain. If you want an intro to the concepts and cyclical symbolism used throughout the series watch the MV for Paint Me, which is the theme song for 4S4C and is one of Mamamoo's vocal masterpieces. Karla is correct. The members are best friends. Wheein & Hwasa have been bff's since middle school and Solar & Moonbyul are practically inseparable. They believe they were destined to meet and become bff's even if they weren't singers or in a group together and they've done several songs about it. Mamamoo dance practices are always chaotic. The chaos reflects their performance philosophy, which is totally different than groups whose focus is knife-like choreo. You'll hear people say Mamamoo can't dance but that's simply not true - they've been nominated for group dance awards and Hwasa won a solo dance award. I think those folks are missing the point. MMM takes what I'd call an old school entertainer approach where every performance is unique and nobody knows what they'll do next, including themselves lol.. Their first priority is delivering excellent vocals and since they don't lip sync and they use hand mics 99% of the time their choreo tends to be simpler and less intense than other groups. They used to do most of their choreo themselves but in 2019 they started hiring pro choreographers and a few of their recent songs require headset mics. Their own choreo often leaves space for audience interaction, which they do a lot of, and also for pranks, improvised moments and other hijinks between the members. To sum it up, the stage is their playground and the audience is their play date for the day.

Thank you for reacting to Mamamoo!! Fun facts: Not sure if someone else had commented, Mamamoo choreographed for their own songs until "gogobebe" so Starry Night was choreographed by them! The hand moments that ya'll tried out is sign language *that helps describe their title starry night. Lastly, Mamamoo's dance practice is always chaotic, they rarely have a serious one and we always get to see their goofy side 😆

Mamamoo dance practices are actually like real dance practices they'd do if the camera wasn't on. It's my favourite kind of dance practices. Once yall get into more Mamamoo and learn about the individual members more, I hope you also go back and check out the dance practice for HIP! It's got to be one of the memorable ones in the fandom 🤣
