The chainsaw controller isn’t made by Nintendo but it’s a expensive 3rd party controller the I’m pretty sure it’s still made by capcom tho and the GameCube is a Nintendo product that was only released in Europe I think

I've seen some pictures of this console but never saw one in a video and realizing that both the console and the controller have black bottom housing parts just makes them really special as most special edition consoles only have the special badge if they have anything to differentiate them from regular consoles, no wonder this is one of the rarest but also most coveted GameCubes out there

I just noticed wow!! The Villain Filter you get in the remake deluxe edition, which makes the entire remake Red/Black in game was likely inspired from this Gamecube collector’s box art of RE4. Damn Capcom looked through everything…major nods to the past and plenty of easter eggs for those who notice.

I've watched a lot of your videos and this one here is by far my favorite I just brought out my old GameCube and play the original Resident Evil 4 and it was definitely a treat to play , I did not know all the extra accessories that were available back then I wish I would have bought some of them back then. This is so beautiful. This takes me back to a time when video game companies really cared about their customers. And made quality collectors editions. You are so lucky. That game cube is so sick. I recently picked up Mortal Kombat deadly alliance to play only my GameCubeWii but I’d give anything to play it on this RE4 GameCube!!! I truly am envious lol (in a good way)

Collectors editions back then were something else. Nowadays they are just expensive and not even half as good as this one for example. I really wanted to buy re4 remake as my first collectors edition but naaah the price is just too high. Wish i had this version, it's soo nice, especially the cute little suitcase.

The GameCube is Nintendo's best console they ever made. It has great graphics for the time thanks to ATI GPU. It was cheaper than the PS2 and was more powerful. I think it would have done better with DVD media instead of a proprietary format and I personally never liked the controller. I only bought my GameCube for the RE games. Could never being my self to play PS2 port of RE4 after playing GC version.

I saw the ps2 chainsaw controller in a shop a few years after RE4 came out, and I wanted to buy it, but the shop's asking price was almost as much as a current console at the time.
