For those wondering - you can still do a right click with this mouse (on macOS at least), by pressing Ctrl on the keyboard and the mouse button. IIRC this feature dates back to the first Macs.

I modded my ADB mouse, but I used a Bluetooth donor mouse so I don’t need a receiver to plug into the computer. I use it for my iPad Pro as it has a retro Apple skin.

Strip a laptop down to fit it in the Mac case. And regarding a battery you can get one if it's installed in an item so you just need to find a cheap item with pre-installed battery.

You should of made it bluetooth, and you should put an Mac mini in that case with an appropriate screen to fit the dimensions

Maybe you should cut the one button of the mouse since its too big and divide it into two buttons. Then you can have left plus right ... I know it messes up the look but.. hey functionality also.

That button looks long enough i bet you could cut the original pressing thing off and make 2 on either side for the left and right click.
