I got clean 11 years ago. When I was in the process of switching my perception to believe I could be more than an addict, I was still relapsing. Hanging out with my friend one night listening to let’s get free, I knew he was getting high again. Be healthy came on and I heard my friend say “watch what you put in your body”. I had been exposed to nutrition and diet at an early age but in that moment all of a sudden I believed it. Right then and there I knew I could create change in my life. I got to meet M1 and Stic a few years back and shared my story with them. Thank you for being a part of my recovery!
