Let's Get Free is pretty much the soundtrack of my life, I like how he said social media is a game, He's telling the truth because it distracts you from what's happening and going on in today's society, Love this interview alot.

Its like TV and radio, just another method to fill people's minds with nonsense, pointless debate s. Everyone lost in life... Until you discover higher level, unity, kindness, reject wealth, understanding forgiveness love you stay trapped and you ain't got the real happiness. DP are another level

"Let's get free" is my favorite album of all time. It is a beautiful and timeless masterpiece depicting the struggle for freedom against the humans who wish to control and enslave the rest of humanity. "I know why the cage bird sings, It's the vital things, That separate the men from the kings" "The mind is the place where I make my plans, The world is the place where I take my stand, Beauty of life is mine today, They cannot take my mind away."

Yeah, one of the dope quotes from this interview! Indeed. I agree... people like DP, The Left, Awon & Phoniks, Payday Monsanto, DISL Automatic, etc. etc. keep the culture alove! P.S. Am I mistaking, or is that the Hieroglyphics logo you got as your profile pic? Nice. //Peace.

Had the chance to see them when they opened for Destiny's Child in a belgian festival back in 2001. Was alone watching them from the corner of the stage. They came to me and asked me if i had liked the show. Had a conversation with both of them for a few minutes. Told 'em i went to NYC a few days later and they played. Was on the guestlist. Amazing guys. "Let's Get Free" will ever be in my top 10 hip hop albums. Songs like mind sex, psychology, police state, healthy,...The OST of my life. #HealthyIsTheNewGangsta

You want a lesson in self esteem? Check out old Dead Prez videos with Stic missing a tooth but not ashamed of shit! ODB God bless the dead showed his imperfect smile too. The young soldier Cole rapping about having a crooked smile. These a men to look up to. My smile ain't all that but when I see my fellow black men up here shining I'm smiling all day with my crooked teeth.

Conscious music w-4 21.00 comfort zones: hey stic, how has the martial arts, discipline and struggles overcoming poverty, yet in the last twenty plus year journey towards socially and systematic oppression, without dwelling on the past, how do you feel about the macro/global injustices still today? Do you fear they have become unstoppable and taking the Elon musk POV of “it’s too late...” stance. I say this because many of the youth and middle age today are at this point... how can we still overcome in a time of our unique place in spatial time and cosmic time. The industrial Revolution was inexplicably the most important time of mankind until now. We are moving from Information Age to. Augmented AI age

My thoughts and views have changed a lot from when I was younger. I was pro black, militant in my 20s. Now I lean more conservative. So sometimes I go back to stuff I used to be into just to see how my mind processes it now verses how I received it then. I can still take things from Dead Prez and apply it to my life philosophy now. It's crazy because a lot of the things they were speaking on actually align with conservatism.
