Another great video Rusty. That TA Truck Stop in downtown Nashville will be redeveloped and the Truck stop is not in the plans.

I’ve gone both ways. I tried to avoid winter by going down to I10 and it was not any better 😂 I do love I40 do it’s very easy once you get a hang of it.

Oh wow, really enjoyed this video, so great when you show a big trip like this, made me miss driving in the US, damn this virus! Sure, would love to hear from some other drivers you meet on the road and check out what they are hauling. Yeah, that Google Maps is great, I always have it on even if I know the way, just in case of accidents. Thanks so much for putting up these vids, I love them, deuces from the UK!!

If you ever go again on i-24 between Nashville and Chattanooga, you can stop at Monteagle, exit 135 for a really good and affordable Chinese buffet. Just drive past the Pilot and it's on the left, like right after Pilot. There is a big truck parking around the building. Food is great imo and it's good to eat something different than what you have in your fridge from time to time ;)

I remember that TA with the cheesteak shop, their cheesesteaks were alright, just too much cheese wiz. I spent 24 hours at that place for a trailer tire. Also there's usually an officer there that just stares at everyone im like calm down man I'm just here for a shower.

Rusty.. they have these things called Keto-stix in the pharmacy you wiz on them and they turn color to tell you are on your diet or u are screwing up -- it's surprising how much stuff has sugar and carbs. if you are doing it right you should be craving rolls.

Love the videos, great scenery , awesome views of this great country . what states do you think are the toughest to drive through , be it the strictness of their Laws for O.T.R truckers, the traffic, the driving conditions, roads etc. I was thinking about getting my CDL A for a while now. and I am told that it is really not worth it anymore. that it is tougher to get and maintain now than it was even just 5 years ago. I was wondering if most places looking for an O.T.R driver pay by the trip, by the hour or a flat fee. I know 3 truckers that make over 98k a year and then I know another who only makes like 72k a year . are the pay ranges really that wide and far apart? Thanks for sharing your videos!!!! you make it all look so easy.

I can tell you the strictest states is gonna be in the west. Shittest places to drive in is gonna be in the Northeast in my opinion. I love going to the Midwest or the South but i always get stuck running the northeast Ny,NJ,PA,ME,VT,NH,MA. IM RUNNING LOCAL NOW WITH FEDEX PULLING DOUBLES GOING TO CT and making easily $90,000 plus a year.. Trucking is worth it the first couple months to a year are tough but it gets easier with experience

I know old footage but if you are still doing trucking I know how to get you the 800 mile marker you wake up and do your PTI before your ELD is ready then you can go right as it hits the 8 hours making the most time out of it and going 5 over where ever you can and yes I want to see a interview with someone who does military loads
