Okay so the Cutawayland episode, it turns out that at the end of the episode that it was actually a dream that Peter had when he passed out from eating oysters on the beach. I'd probably say that Peter would not have anything that was in the cutaways UNLESS it is confirmed in the main part of the show. There is a form of Goku that can beat the "Real World" Peter. It is/was an attraction in Japan that he fuses with the audience.

The image of Lois having buff arms didn't actually happen in the context of the episode; Stewie was wanting to piss her off so she'd hit him and his mind went to the most extreme thing he could think of and strove to make something like that happen. Lois obviously wasn't muscular like that in the actual episode.

Also theres a canonical reason why characters get weak when they are in the fortnite world in the comics it explains that characters lose there memory when they arrive at the island and have to relearn all there abilities
