Wow thank you! I mean I just look at falling off and getting back on it quickly as a skill itself that can be developed. It sounds corny, but next time you "fall off" say to yourself this is an opportunity to get better at getting back on track. Also sometimes when you slip up, it's emotionally difficult to look at the lack of progress, so practice embracing the harsh realities of the slip up and then start to enjoy starting from scratch and then I feel like you'll be able to better deal with it and be able to move forward easier.

I have not, I stay away from that, I’m afraid I’d like it too much. The best way to stay focused from my experience is to treat it like a muscle. When you go and run the first time after you haven’t done anything active, you’re winded in 30 seconds, but if you force yourself to do a little more each day and be more intense, eventually you can run for 30 mins. The brain is the same way, you just can’t see it. Also hard non negotiable deadlines are important, it almost makes you “panic focus” lol

I love this question bro. I never talk about it online, but fitness and nutrition is a big part of my life. So I would buy a 50lbs bag of brown rice for $17 that would last me about two months if I’m remember correct. Then I would buy chicken for protein, about $15 a week for the big pack, then I would get two containers of peanuts for $3 a piece that would last me a week. I would also get a healthy greens flavors v8 everyday that costs like $2. So that covered protein, carbs and fats and was like 2500+ calories a day for a total of around $150 a month

I’ve been uploading everyday for a year and a half, and I feel as though I’ve done everything right besides sticking to one niche. I feel as though I moved away from my niche that got me views and I’m now stuck in a no mans land in a sense that my old niche doesn’t get me as many views but neither does my new stuff. I plan on continuing regardless but any advice on how to move forward ?
@DillyDGIB
@DillyDGIB Жыл бұрын
Sounds like you know the problem. You have to think about it from the artists stand point. How many artists do you love where you're like "I miss the old _______" you have to build a reputation as the guy who does ______ (Whatever niche you pick). You have to become known for something, in music production, it's a feeling/vibe, and when you do that, you can just double down and improve that and people will respond well. You can build any style you want, just not every style you want, so pick the style you want to build and stay disciplined. And every time you jump remember, you're starting from zero all over again with every jump

Have you only posted the beats on your channel? Most people say their beats are good, and they usually aren't, but yours are pretty good. I think you just haven't been at it long enough. It took me 18 months to blow up

@@DillyDGIB yea bro I gota look at it like I used to make 2k a month working in a factory full time so I just did like 18k since I quit in July , I would have made like 10k working there if I never quit so I’m still up 8k by selling beats full time so I can’t complain at all!

that's inspiring, man! keep it up bro! can you give me some tips on how to increase your sales? I see you don't have a big KZfaq channel to get those numbers in sales. Do you use Instagram? if yes then what strategy do you follow? Thanks!

If you want your first dollar, find small artists on IG and and found out what beats they want, and then make them for them and charge them.

Equating creating music to Starbucks is a stupid f way to look at it. You’re not talking about music, you’re talking about a product, and that’s a whole other thing.

not right now, as far as I know. The game is different, the algorithms are different. I think there's probably less total views on type beats as well. The economy is also impacting stuff across the board.
