Absolut favorite white rum is The Real McCoy 3yr. Smooth and delicious, also love the Diplomatico.

My Favorite is the Probitas, in terms of Spanish Style/Column it would be Havana Club Anejo Blanco. Definitely would be open to buy the Cubay Extra Viejo but can't get it in the states

Nice to see the Agricoles getting a mention. Although suggest it's time to look beyond Clemont. Don't get me wrong Canne Bleue is a good rhum, but others like Cuvee De Ocean or HSE Parcerlire offer something different. Plus you have the "new kids on block" like Renegade and Mahoba. Plus the folks from Mauritius and Reunion

Could you do a video comparing the supermarket brand rums? Noticed different super cheap rums in supermarkets (I.e. Sainsbury’s has Caribbean Pearl, Morrisons have generic Carribbean Rum etc.) Wanted to know which, if any, were any good! Cheers!

My goto white rums are still & currently plantation & Havana 3 but only because I’ve not yet purchased diplo, chairman’s reserve, boutique-y, Clement & Madeira

But if we talk about white/silver rums,.i guess we need to seperate rum agricoles and the common white rums,..cuz they differ so much,..so i luv DIPLOMATICO PLANAS and i luv the "HSE-agricole blanco MARTINIQUE/50%vol. (please try it,.fabulous aroma),..😊

I need to try agricole. It's just really hard to find in my neighborhood. I think a white brand will be a good intro. I can order Clement. Everything else is either dark or no longer available.

I don't understand people's issue with white rums (or any white spirit). The spirit was so good right off the still that it didn't need mellowing or charcoal filtering inside a wooden cask.
