🍗 For Chicken Thighs:
Chicken thighs - 9 pcs.
Cream cheese - 150 gr. (3/4 cup)
Sandwich cheese - 1 slice
Salami - 9 slices (1 slice on each thigh)
1 Sweet Pepper
1 Onion (small)
Herbs de provence - 2 tsp.
White wine - 150 ml. (3/4 cup)
Breadcrumbs - 2 tsp.
Olive oil - 5 tbsp.
Salt to taste
🍜 For Risoni pasta:
Risoni pasta - 200 gr. (2 cups)
1/2 Zucchini
1 Sweet Pepper
1 Onion (small)
Garlic - 1 clove
Herbs de provence - 1 tsp.
Salt - 1 tsp.
🍅 For the salad:
Tomatoes - 3 pcs.
1 Onion
Balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp.
Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Sugar to taste (if the tomatoes are very sour)
Olive oil - 2 tbsp.
