🍝 For the lentil dish:
Lentils - 2 cups
1 Onion (large)
Ginger - 1 tsp.
Pumpkin - 150 gr. (1 cup of diced pumpkin)
1 Red Bell Pepper
Garlic - 2 cloves
Coriander (ground) - 1 tsp.
Cumin - 2 tsp.
Turmeric - ½ tsp.
Water - 500 ml (2 cups)
Salt, Sugar, Pepper - to taste
Parsley - 1/2 bunch
Lavash - 2-3 sheets (thin flatbread)
🍶 For the sauce:
Ketchup - 1 tsp.
Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
Garlic - 1 clove
Sugar - 1 tsp.
