I like to think of straight bets as my work and parlay bets as my fun. Randomness takes your money with parlay bets more often than it pays. Three team parlays, if you can’t hit one out of every six, it’s worthless in regards to payouts. If you must play the lottery, keep a tally and when your six are up, you’re done. If you hit you get another chance. Keep it in bounds.

Almost knocked it out the park with my 7 team round robin parlay yesterday ( 10/9/21 ). Texas had a 21 pt lead, but blew it at the end. I had them winning straight out. Okhahoma wins on a 3 yd TD run, when all they were trying to do was get a few more yds to kick a 45+ yd GW FG. Arkansas had a chance to win the game on a 2 pt conversion, but they lost as well. $175 bet on 4/7 round robin parlay. Hit on 5/7 teams. Won $667. If 1 of the 2 teams had won, I get $1900. If all 7 teams hit, I get $8000. So I was 2 plays away from $6000, but did turn a profit by hitting on 5 of 7. College football is the way to go on parlays. Everything else, you're playing with fire.

most people dont keep track of their record or critique the losses that includes me it is hard to keep track when your losing or look at a bad bet.

Do you have any experience with "Reductionary" betting? For example, if your intended betting average is $100, you bet $90 on something that pays even money. If you win, the strategy itself is a loss, but you can martingale it in reverse, doubling the reduction, $80, $60, $20, and if you lose that 4th bet, you have 10 dollars more than if you flat bet all those. Can also work where you double reductions on losses to try to lock in a huge cost savings on losing streaks (That's primarily what I do.) This strategy is costly when hot though.

Martingale system works if you keep the original get relatively small you will win one eventually and recoup it all back

Your right about the one. I hit a 7 teamer once. My normal teamer is a 4 teamer and I usually hit 3 of 4. But I send 5 bucks on these bets so it is a lottery bet. I do hit the 4 teamers but usually at about 30 %.
