Well if the build is right then every weapon is viable. The thing that isn't great for pistol builds is the amount of limit you have on the sneak and pistol cards being in the same class.

I used to have it but lost all of my Nuclear Winter stuff ages ago outside of my pennant and icon. I really miss that paint. I am def. loving these changes.

If they end up getting rid of legendary cores then it's possible they will replace cores in the rewards list for events with legendary modules. That way you are getting 1-2 legendary modules per event and the 30 module cost wouldn't be so bad.

Current plan is to make a ton of cheap weapons and armor and make a ton of 1 stars to try getting the 1 star effects atleast while the crafting is affordable and store them on a mule and transfer when the update drops and see what I get. c:

5:06 I supremely like this but hopefully you guys are testing the daylight out of it on the public test server because I don't want to be dealing with someone who has an explosive energy weapon because that would get annoying real quick and then I will have to make my own

My question is how do the Legendary effects get harder by scrapping? I have heard that the learning effects are quite low in possibility.

It is going to be a grind to get this stuff and why I suggest starting a scrip mule now to get ahead of the curve.

the module cost is good. you are making a god roll it should take a few days worth of scrip at a bare minimum.

They didn't seem to go to the scrap box and I can check the weight later. I think they were about the same weight.

The legendary module costs are fine. Your brain is still in the mindset that you'll need 1000s of these things. Fact is, with this system, you don't. Once your gear is made, you're done. No more modules necessary. So yes, they should cost more, if anything these numbers could be higher.

You're coping. The legendary cost increase literally just disables experimentation on legendary sets, it sucks and I'll continue complaining about it and the obvious stash/carry weight increase this update is going to create.

@@Fargassier same math applies. With this system you only roll it once to make it legendary so you can then attach the specific mods you want.

With this system you need 10 modules for a 1* random roll, which has a chance to be the ability you want, which you can break down for a chance to get the raw mod box, which you can break down for a chance at learning to craft. That is 10 modules for a chance at a chance at a chance. 10 modules at the new price, with no upgrade to the daily scrip limit, means that it takes 2 days of daily scrip limit to do a single 1* roll so that you have a chance of a chance of a chance at what you want.

I would actually love to know the exact amount of ammo I have for a specific gun before the event without actually having to go all the way to ammo. Sometimes you don’t think about that if I could see how much ammo I got, I can go to my ammo case and load up on a little more of that ammo for any specific event

If you have the weapon as a favourite on your quick select wheel it will quickly show you the total ammo you have for that weapon and the weapon condition. You can also use a repair kit from the quick select wheel. It's far far easier

it's already hard to manage scrap when you're note a 1er player, now we add legendary particles to the scap stash, not sure i like that

Yeah there were a lot that felt wrong to scrap for the stream but anything on the PTS doesn’t carry over. The community normally doesn’t see my loot goblin stash of things that I have rolled or gotten over the years.

The one thing I really want to see is a food irradiater. Like a modified microwave that turns non rad prewar food into the rad version for recipes and such. Could make it would work like the fermenter. Would be really awesome.

They need to fix the hit boxes you know how ghouls and other enemies can hit you physically from like 5 feet away and the power armor stand glitch that's still there, they really need to fix a lot of the bugs that are happening rather than adding new stuff, along with nerfing the holy fire and other flamer related weapons

so i made a base where that stupid daily fertalizer mission takes place and by that device that you add fertalizer there is a house with a bobble head in it every real day. it has been three diffrent bobbleheads so far so i have like 9 left and i should be able to get them all eventually if it works like i think it is

As the module it is just a chance to get a module of a legendary that is on that weapon or armor. The other we don't know if it is weapon specific or not. I am going to test more tonight after editing.

I didn't even notice this on stream but I believe that is just a module but will def. have to do a test on that character to see because no one has gotten the plan for it yet that I know of. I wonder if it is weapon specific or just a general plan.

For the legendary mods it's 1 and for the legendary particles the weight is 0.05.

oh this best builds thing is going to be so demotivating, i built my camp the way it is because i felt that is the way i wanted, but i can already see it getting zero votes on anything because it's not some tricked out, super merged starship camp

I don't see it being demotivating as a system because there are players who like all types of camps. You would be shocked at how many folks like just a simple camp.

@@Fargassier i am afraid on this case you are wrong, just look at any TNG video of best camps, he isn't out there looking for the simple and cheerful he only wants the 1% of the 1% of best builders if the house isn't using what he considered the "basics" he'll not even give your camp a second look, same likely will go for this system people don't want simple things they only want the best of the best. An example from myself, i use to make Forge maps back on the 360 for Halo 3, Reach and Halo 4, i think between the 3 games i submitted at least 70 different maps and i can count on a hand how many endorsements i got collectively across all 3 games for the hundreds of personal hours i put in to create balanced and fun map for everything from Slayer to BTCTF yet not one in 70 maps ever got noticed.

We all started with a square box in the forest that we loved. As long as you like the camp why care what others think about it?

I don't see it killing the trading market because you can trade the modules and also as you said folks will still care about apparel and such. You still have to have the rng to get the stuff you want as far as modules so it is changing but not as bad as people think.

so what ur saying ur say is "1 u have 2 break down legos with the chance 2 get the mod u want until u get ur 1 ,2 or 3 star mods " . "2 then depending what mod ur changing it will co cost 10,20,30 modulas." . i like this system i easier 2 get ur dream weapon . what i mean is u want a blooded fixer bf2525 but have a bf2515 u can change the 15 2 a 25 as long as uve learned the 25 part. but its still a chance to get what u want.

Yeah the drop rate right now for modules is pretty low so it is a gamble to do this over rolling for your legendary drops. I def. like the look of the changes 🤘
