As a Physiotherapist of 30 years, I am constantly researching & working to empower people to maximize their health. Dave's info is fantastic & quite accurate I believe. The negative comments he gets shock me. He clearly has fantastic energy & that is really the ultimate goal. Thank you Dave & Lewis.

Exactly. People think just because he’s turning his biological age back, that he’s going to magically look 25 years younger than he is. It doesn’t work that way. It is cellular aging that he is reversing.

lucaboden I can see your point. But you have to remember, when they’re talking about reversing aging and anti-aging, they’re talking about biological age not hairlines and gray hair or whatever. But again, I can see your point.

I am very new to these conversations - so your input was really helpful. I often check comments so that I am not 'blindly' listening to anyone - but this subject has people on polar opposite sides. It's almost like a friend feud - lol.

I think it’s just because he looks verry old. People constantly tell me I look 28. I’m 44. Allll I do is not eat a lot of sugar, drink water, eat organic and do hot yoga. I really don’t think this shit is rocket science.

As a 62 year old whose mother lived to 98 years old without ever taking a single pill I truly appreciate all that this interview teaches me. I’m definitely going to get the book! My mother, unfortunately, started to get dementia at 94 years old and the last 4 years of her life were not pleasant. I love the fact that Dave teaches us that we can avoid that. Thank you!

It will never happen because people are being brainwashed into utter terror that they need to move into cities, learn nothing and become begging slaves of the state. Family farming as it existed for 1000s of years barely exists in the west anymore and a catastrophe will happen because of this, you can't just teach people and grow a farm to feed hundreds of millions overnight. It is all about the demonic agenda of genocide of humanity, beginning at abortion and continuing until the elderly and everyone in between. Like Stalin said: No person, no problem.

To everyone saying Dave Asprey looks old; you need to realise how bad his diet and lifestyle was for the majority of his life. How you look is also down to genetics. He's still in the process of reversing his aging, it's a constant process. None of us know how long we are going to live for, but he does seem pretty certain that he's going to live a long life. It may seem like he's being arrogant saying how long he'll live but he's put in the effort to find how and he does work a lot and runs several businesses. His research is anecdotal so it's personal to him but most people sit on their arse and say this is bull shit but what research have they done. Most people just don't know. We're all learning, including Dave.

I know that he's up on scientific research as well so I mean he is good source of this kind of knowledge. I hope that everyone can benefit from his work because most of what he does gets results. Personal experience is really how we learn about ourselves.

The Dutch have been eating kale for decades the old fashion way and eat it only in the winter. The secret is to harvest the kale after one or two hits of frost to make it taste sweeter. ( as a matter of fact I have kale growing now in my veggie garden here in Canada and are up to 30" tall). Then we cook it (love the smell of it) and eat it with mashed potatoes with spek or thick bacon and not to forget the gravy from the meatballs the night before. - Yup we eat it all, the body needs fat in the winter. Kale is healthy for you, and is definitely a supper food. If you eat it ones a week and you'll be fine. If you eat it raw twice a day of course it will make your body ill!. ... My motto, do everything in moderation, simple as that!

I've noticed through personal experimentation that I seem to be sensitive to the nightshade family...I swell and feel bad the next day and it can raise my blood pressure.....so sad for me too because I LOVE jalapenos and any type of peppers!!! It seems to be ok if I don't overindulge however...thanks for this post, it's great!

I love listening to this guy because he loves listening to himself ... if your other bodies aren't ready for these biological hacks - it'll be obvious that the energy will be syphoned off to feed the deficits in other bodies (energy or spiritual etc). The stem cell thing doesn't as much as it should unless you do big scale, you could just listen to some audio tracks and do the same thing. energy work also can release frozen sholder. So there are different ways of doing things ... and balance is the most important thing, that''s why i like this guy - he tries everything he talks about.
