@@reececollison5101 Exactly if you saw the interviews in the latest season Karren literally snapped at someone calling her by her first name when plenty have done it before and made someone cry. Linda also told a candidate to go back to being an air hostess which is very low even if they weren't the best candidates. Mike was the only one who made factual statements and rightfully questioned about it in an articulate way like when he brought up someone putting a confidentiality agreement in their business plan while being asked to review it which upset him but he didn't have to resort to insults like the rest.

That isn't the point of the question. It's almost like a test, because any half sane employer will know that you can't have had much experience. At least 2 of them flat out lied about it... And they failed the test straight off the bat. Don't forget, a huge part of an interview is just getting a feel for what someone will be like to work with, or to be the boss to - that alone is very often more important than the experience.

Do parents really dress their children in designer clothing in England? Is the contestant talking about designer clothing such as Gucci or Louis Vuitton and not high street like Adidas or Nike. Would people go out of their way to authenticate items such as Nike and if you are rich enough to buy luxury items for your children why would they buy second hand?
@TheDestineyy
@TheDestineyy 2 жыл бұрын
Yes she means high end designer like Gucci and Louis Vuitton. I guess the whole point of the second hand thing is that it’s more sustainable as children grow out of their clothes quite fast so instead of throwing the clothes away, Steffs platform would be good to advertise them on. Not every rich person is buying designer, there are people that always buy designer items for themselves that they can barely afford. It makes sense that a parent would want to spoil and kit their kid out in designer clothes and the clothes being second hand drastically decreases the price of them, making it easier and more accessible for parents to purchase.

Unless you are applying for a Management position of a multi million pound company Most places won’t really care as long as you drive and have a clean background check I wouldn’t suck up to people who give cold stares and are expecting way too much out of people Sir Alan did very well in business To get there to where he is nowadays is difficult

Sweet Claudine, bless her! So nice she could be a nun. The Interview stage is just 3 bad cops + Claudine. I prefer the bad cops.

What would be entertaining is if all previous apprentice winners went against each other in the next season of the show.

It comes across that how much they got ridiculed and roasted in their interviews is also somehow a competitive issue to them.

I've seen loads of young managers like these coming into our company. They're usually full of B.S, full of themselves, and haven't actually got a clue what they're doing. They talk a good talk at the interview stage though, and that gets them through the door. Unfortunately for them, they are usually found out for what they are, and don't last long.
