You don't have to write every day. Yes, I have been writing for years and I completely agree with you. Why make it a chore. Write when you feel like it. That's when you enjoy it. 👍💕

It took me so long to figure that out. I grew up being told that journals are important and that I should write in them so my kids could see me. It almost felt fake when I forced myself to do it, like you said a chore which stifled my authentic voice. I’m glad you enjoyed the video.
