I’ve watched all these Milwaukee demos and by far Vince explains more, is more knowledgeable, more happy and just better than ALL the employee reps. So weird that Milwaukee doesn’t get it.

I know Milwaukee isn’t into automotive tools full bore yet but I would like to see them make a compact jump pack for batteries. I’m a generator tech and I have a big bulky jump pack that takes up more room than what it’s worth. Milwaukee is already into the charging stations and batteries why not make a portable mini jump pack?

@VCG construction, thank you so much for this video. I’m a HUGE fan of Milwaukee and it’s really nice to see them investing time into PPE gear and clothing. I know you here this a million times but you don’t understand how bad I’d love to sit down with them to give them all my amazing ideas. Something easy and simple I didn’t hear about their ear plugs is they should look into having a model that can be detected for metal. Those would be very popular for all food grade manufacturing. I work for Walsh building bridges but my dad is in manufacturing and that’s the only style they can use. Thanks again and I’ll see you alls on the next one.

@VCG Construction I already use the 3M Virtua with 3M E.A.R. ultra fit corded earplugs. The cord from the earplugs integrates into the safety glasses so that you don’t lose either because the wrapped around your neck, The only downside of them being wrapped around your neck (when not in use) is it ends up being a trough for Kind bar crumbs and blueberry muffin crumbs and a mocha coffee dribbles lens wipes become a necessity too...😳

I just got the new surge and the M18 impact. Only the Surge is Brushless. I’m a big DeWALT guy and Vince is changing my mind. When Vince did his top 5 impacts I have the same impact as his #1. Looks the same with all the use it has taking roofing

That was a good vid Vince. I like those new hard hats especially with all the accessories that you can attach like the lights, pencil holders and hearing protection. I would be cool if they also made a GoPro mount that you could snap on like the head lamp. I could see you ordering a custom hard hat with the VCG logo on it for your job site crew. Def some nice protective wear Milwaukee is putting out now but curious about the price points comparing to other brands. Thanks for sharing. Cheers!

@William Logan You are brilliant!!! When I’m done working I normally drop photos into dropbox along with readings or certifications on the cabling that we pulled and terminated for the job, putting a gopro on a hardhat with streamline that process in so many ways!

I'm an electrical lineman, and I bought myself one the hardhats specifically for the headlamp mounting feature (and I'm a bit of a Milwaukee fanboy, admittedly) and I have to say, it's been one of the most comfortable and useful hardhats I've ever worn, if not THE most comfortable and useful. The ability to only have the headlamp on was a game changer, because before I did like all the other guys, and resorted to semi-permanently zip-tying the headlamp straps to our company issued hardhats, which make them heavy all the time. And the Milwaukee hardhat liner distribute the weight around a lot better, and even taking the same exact headlamp and using it on the Milwaukee feels lighter than when it's on a different hardhat. And I believe the hardhat was only around $20-$25 minus the light of course. But it does come with several accessory mounts and a light mount to use other brand headlamps with the quick attach system included in the bag with it.

Also, their work gloves are pretty legit as well. Specifically their "demolition" leather/fabric hybrid, and the solid leather gloves, which are the ones I've used personally

Thanks Vince. I had a look at some Milwaukee gloves a few days ago and while they look great, they only had up to size XL , Do they do anything bigger like XXXL ? They mite be extra large for lab techs but for tradies they are small to medium.

Man... Those hardhats are funky looking, I think I'll stick with the classic MSA V-Guard, and somehow I think most businesses buying hardhats will too. I also wonder if the headlamps they offer are intrinsically safe, if not, their whole system offers no real benefit over a normal hard hat and a headlamp with a rubber "hardhat strap" to many users in LOTS of industrial environments.
