will this recipe do well in an air fryer or baking oven instead of deep frying?

for best results, I recommend that you deep fry them. But you can try brushing the samosas with oil before using an air fryer. best results are from deep frying though!

you can use any common cooking oil, like avocado oil or olive oil! :)
