Great advice. D3, K2, Magnesium Bisglycinate, Omega 3 Fish Oil, Probiotics (sauerkraut, kefir, live yoghurt). Gut health (without getting a poo transplant) - eat a wide range of plants including pre and probiotic foods. Avoid alcohol, limit sugar and manage your stress well.
