One thing which I don't want to miss is my water bottle. Bought a reusable one about 10 years ago and it's still looking good. Highly recommend!

Blue light blocking glasses are life-changing! My contact lenses are also blue light blocking! Glad that you and Beth are using them, they're so necessary now that we all spend hours on end in front of a computer screen.

Great video again Liam - but please reconsider Daniel Wellington, they're pretty much selling cheap Chinese watches for $200. Real mechanical watches from respectable brands can be bought for just the same price - look at Seiko and Orient maybe.

Umm, not actually sure on this - I’d guess some blue light is still given out, but maybe not! I don’t love the blue light ‘night’ mode on my laptop and prefer these glasses 😊
