That’s the truth. You never know who is hiding in those buildings. A long time ago, some friends and I explored around an abandoned school, just outside the city. Found a homeless guy in the cafeteria kitchen. Scared the shit out of all of us. It was crazy how they left the desks, chalkboards, decorations, everything... it was like everyone just disappeared one day and the school was left to fall apart. Really weird.

@@OrigamiAhsoka there's actually a bunch of cool channels that go around and do just explore abandoned stuff without trying to make it seem haunted. My favorite is Shiey. Dude just hops trains around various countries and worms his way into places. The real explorers go some places that would make these ghost hunters shit their pants for real, like unmarked soviet bunkers and flooded mining equipment in the middle of a quarry lake.

I have never gotten why the moment a "Ghost Hunter" finds a Ghost, they run away and leave. I also never get why if they find such "strong evidence" in one place, why they don't just keep going back there to get more.

Agreed. If someone wants to prove ghosts exist, they need to hold a controlled experiment, follow the scientific method, and subject their research to peer review. If someone successfully proves ghosts exist they'll be famous forever for solving the mystery of the afterlife. They'd also be proving the existence of God or another higher power by proving there exists a non-material consciousness/soul. Who consumes these videos and believes they are witnessing cutting-edge solution to humanity's ultimate question? That the mystery of death can be solved by going to a creepy place with a camera? I used to believe it until I thought about it more and realized what significance proof of ghosts would carry. It would change the meaning of life. But whatever, dumbasses gonna be dumbasses.

Years ago before reddit went mainstream I remember an ama by a guy who worked on a a ghost show and they said they had to tamper down what happened and actually remove evidence and footage to make it seem less fake. Just cracks me up like every door in the hospital starts slamming and the production guy is like "christ not again, they'll think we're making it all up"

But what’s more likely, ghosts exist and scientists have never studied or caught any ,or that people lose rationality and perceive things that may actually not be there.

Recommendation: I’d enjoy just watching you and friends go to a location that ghost hunters claim to be extremely haunted. Don’t stage anything, just be yourselves and record whatever happens. watching this now again and I still can't get over the whole "ghost throwing the cat against the table" deal like that is 100% just the cat slipping around on its own. as a cat owner and someone who has lived with cats my whole life I can assure you that I've seen the same stunt pulled by my own dumbass furballs so many times before. they run, make a split-second decision to stop or change their course mid-run and then because of the slippery ass floor they go ass first against the table/wall/whatever. the house is in the city I live in parts of the 2nd floors floor is caved in. the house has been abandoned for decades, the house was struck by lightning and burned down twice and it's visited by kids adn teenagers until they locked it up recently.

It’s not very harmless imo, since it positions people into being exploited. I'm a beginner at blender and I'm pretty sure it is possible to make the ladder effect close to the 3 minute mark. There is a blender augmented reality app which you can use to overlay effects at the real scene.
