Great trip. I've done the B500 in 2012 travelling north from Austria. No cameras on it back then. Probably the best road I've ridden. You'll just have to go back! 😁

Your next euro trip should be the Austrian alps. A ton of mountain passes, there's a loop, Austria, Slovenia, Italy in a day. Germany is good, west Austria, the best roads I've ever ridden. The transport museum in Munich is worth a stop on the way down to Austria

I’ve done a bit of it mate in 2019, we went from the Black Forest down to Lake Garda but it was rushed. The roads and scenery were awesome though. That is on my list and the Picos, have you done them?

I do like them spicy sausages!👌👌 Think my gut would've hit the roof of that slide when I led down. Cracking video John, them roads look proper and gagging for a spanking or two. As you say, if that was a group of blokes, you wouldn't notice half of the scenery cos you'd be too worried about thet bend that's coming up at a great rate of knots.

To be fair mate me and Alison would usually spank them, but we decided on this one to take our time, have plenty of stops and see the views etc. we did Europe and all we did is nail it and I couldn’t tell you about much of the scenery we passed 😂. Plus I also couldn’t tell you what a European speed camera looks like so god knows how many pictures I’ll have had taken 😂

top video pal. at 11:45 you pass a cafe on your left, top of the hill. Thats where I flew my drone from in my video. Funny thing is the girl from the cafe came out and gave me her email address. And yes i sent "D" pictures like any other northern bloke would do. Anyway gonna watch the rest now. Fasty

Square sausage is up there mate, but the best sausages I’ve ever had so far have been in Germany, love a bratwurst, the cheese wurst are also banging

Great vid pal, you’re right about the food and coffee thing, when we were in the Pyrenees stopping for coffee and pastries cost about 8 or 9 euros in England they’d charge you £14:50 and make you wash the dishes. Europe have got it sorted and that’s why I don’t really plan on touring the UK anymore. It’s wank (apart from Scotland but then you’re still paying the ‘kilt tax’) 👍🏻

Mate, this comment is exactly how I feel. Plus I’ve done the England, Scotland and Wales loads. I don’t know where else I can tour that will give me the excitement as I’ve done most of what I’d consider the good roads so many times. Europe definitely treats its people a lot better than we’ve been treated for the last 14 years

b500 being closed probably did you a favour its good but usually busy and plenty of cameras, you cant really go wrong with any of the roads round there though😁

The bit we actually got on had good views, but it wouldn’t have been much fun unless you were doing at least 80/90mph as the bends were wide and sweeping but because of that they would only be fun at those speeds. You are 100% correct though, you can turn down any road and it is awesome, I’ve never done so many switchbacks, it was so good.
