yeah i was thinking about that just now and I was about to comment on it, so il just reply to you! I was a lil shocked but then I thought nah she’s just saying that because lets hypothetically say that he didnt save and she did, I dont think she would really kick him out! Well I hope she isnt like that because I dont feel like she is like that! This comment is besides the point that she is right about saving, Im just actually thinking about whether she would be that type of person to kick him out coz of money and I feel like she wouldnt kick him out. lol im hoping she isnt the type to just give up on him in that way. Because Im sure they have real estate together so their house would be paid off and they would have assets together just minus spending money for the future, if that makes sense however he can live off rental income with their asset property etc so yeah, I just hope its something she just said, but if it really came down to it, she doesnt mean.

The Skin Deep God... When she said, "It's not as simple as drawing a straight line down.", I lost it. It just clicked something really deep for me because I have the same fears as her husband and it is something that is so difficult to explain but extremely painful for both partners to handle. I just thought the way she put it was so eloquent, heartfelt and to the point. I have never heard someone express it that way and it will definitely make me think differently in all my relationships in the future. Thank you all so much!

This is the kind of couple that wouldn't need friends because they can entertain and enjoy each others company. I can see that if shit went down badly I'm not sure the guy would handle it well but the lady would be there to say just old on we are going home. ;) everything is going to be okay. You can tell they are each other's best friend.

The Skin Deep this couple is awsome. I love them. Their honesty and transparency. This is what marriage and relationships should be like. Speaking about money is hard and they gave us a look into how finances should be talked about with our partner. Love it!

The Skin Deep Their discussion on making/not making financial decisions together as a married couple, how they spend money on each other and on themselves, and how upbringing affects the way they view money and decide on money matters was so interesting. Wanted to hear more about, but then I'm nosy. Communication about finances are especially important in a committed relationship, and tho they don't have it all figured out, I'm grateful that they allowed this convo to be shared with the rest of us.
