Keeping my rutine of running and caring how i dress made me notice that women see this. Last straw was when this 10/10 lady with a stroller checked me out from top to bottom and top again. SALUTE from Poland!

I have found being in good physical shape. Going to the gym on a routine is attractive to most women. It shows you care about yourself and willing to work for it. Just don’t over do it. Unless you getting ready for a bodybuilding show don’t let it consume you. Go out to dinner with your girl. Eat like a man. It’s going to make her uncomfortable and self conscious if you eat some crazy diet. Workout hard and stick to a healthy diet but don’t let it run your life.

I do like the OG's advice, I am ex military and have said many of the same things to young men soldiers over many years. Any young man trying to sort his life out should watch some of these videos, good advice on many different things.

I would only add as far as having good manners are concerned most manners are basic, but you do have different manners and each place you find yourself in, so do your best to learn, but good manners are for your environment. For example, you have a lot of manners in Japan that don’t exist in Hong Kong or don’t exist in the states or don’t exist in Canada but I would say the point being go the extra mile if you’re somewhere new and learn the manners where you are and it will really help a lot

@@WhiteBeltG we have a son and a daughter. Both were taught assertiveness, leadership skills, to be mannerly, the importance of fitness … They’ve also been taught patience and understanding. It’s called being a good and strong person.
